What to expect

Each session begins with an assessment. A personalized program is developed while the client learns about somatics, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Gentle movements for self-maintenance will be taught and a variety of "hands on" techniques will be introduced.

Clients learn to increase their muscle control and reduce pain. They learn how to move more efficiently, with more power so they can perform better in all facets of their lives, as well as reduce the risk of injury
